My 3 year old fell and damaged his front teeth, I called Northcote Dental Group and they offered to see my boy immediately. I took him in and Mark was incredibly gentle and warm and made my little boy (and me) feel calm. I didn't ask the names of the dental nurse or the receptionist as I was a bit flustered, but they were all so lovely and really looked after my son and I. In the end they didn't even charge me. I am so grateful for your help in making an otherwise traumatic experience so much better. Thank you so much.

Mark is fantastic. Staff are so friendly. So patient and caring for someone like me who is not a fan of going to the dentist. Very practical solutions offered and does only what is required. Reasonably priced.
