Its a fast food chain, food comes down to how much effort they put into it and its more consistent compared to something like maccas down the road.The beef actually tastes like real beef and the Roadhouse Whoppers are incredible.Place is usually tidy and has a playground for the kiddies. My orders so far have never been wrong.. which is always a plus.Overall, far from a bad take away experience.

Tables were dirty, sauce smeared on posters on windows from day before at least, as we were here for breakfast, kids had syrayed roof with multi coloured orby from drinks, place needs a staff cleaning roster. Wipe some tables.Strong stink of their septic or sewerage leaking right out the front.And the playground was fenced off not to be used, they can't help this, but was my experience here today.

My husband and I go through the drive through at Hungry Jack's every week for months now and very rarely do we receive all what we paid for. Because it has been going on for a while I spoke to a lady who said she was the manager last Friday 16th December. I explained what was happening and she wasn't concerned that I was an unhappy customer she just said I have never seen you before.I was so upset by her treatment I asked for her name and she said I'm not giving you my name and walked off.

Sorry I will not visit there again outside is untidy as well as inside. technology not operating no full menu. Meal was very small. Manager hasn't looked after the property properly.Not happy

My friends and I ordered large slushies on separate order boards. I received my slushie shortly after: however, my friend continued to wait for 15 minutes for her large slushie. We were concerned so we asked if our order was coming soon, and the lady that served us said 'you already got your slushie'. We continued to reply respectfully and say 'oh there must be a confusion, we are still waiting on two more'. The lady then argued and accused us of trying to get free drinks (which we were not). Then after checking the orders she realised that we were in fact waiting on two large slushies, and went to serve them up. When we received our drinks she shoved them on the table without an apology. Also they were only a medium, not a large.

Beware Jack's Chicken is nothing like the advertised product . It's 3 tiny strips of chicken no bigger than your thumb it doesn't have a crispy coating as the ad shows, just deep-fried.There was 1 person eating in the restaurant yet every table was dirty.

The place is very dirty and sticky. The playground needs a good clean because is is very dirty.The food that I got which was a chicken burger, the crumbs were really hard to eat but the flavour was really good.

Went to Hervey Bay Hungry jacks, asked for a whopper meal. Told they had no buns. So decided to try a cowboy burger. Disgusting, just an oily slop. Also tried the new chicken pieces, were not even crisp or crunchy like the advert shows. Hungry jacks in Hervey Bay is going down hill just like the rest of the town.
