So cold in the venue patrons had to leave their jackets on. Staff refused to turn up heating.No hot water in the bathroom.Food was terrible.Staff were disorganised.Only one 1 ltr bottle of water for each table of 10 (ten) people.Disabled toilets were locked so patrons requiring the use of them had to ask to get them opened.
