I went to this practice to have impressions taken of my ears. To say that the audiologist, Mr Mel Gray-Thompson, is incompetent would be an understatement.I have never experienced such excruciating pain as I did when he struck a probe into my ear in order to extract a piece of wax prior to inserting the silicon. Not only was it excruciating but he also badly lacerated the inner ear so badly that it bled profusely. His response to this was to ask if I was on blood thinners as it was bleeding so much. I told him I wasn't and that he obviously could not take simple impressions so I walked out very angry and with a bleeding ear.I am so annoyed that I am considering taking him to court for gross incompetence.
