The customer service is always pretty good but the product has been a real challenge.Bought my daughter a bracelet, various charms and other accessories. Everyone single piece has been replaced at least once.Typically without issue but the latest charm didn’t even last a month before the jewels both fell out.

Tayla was absolutely amazing!!! She helped us when east gardens Pandora failed us with cleaning and damaged charms. Tayla replaced, cleaned and fixed it all. She went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely be coming back thank you tayla!!!

We experienced the worst customer service at this store specifically from the store manager… she was extremely rude and arrogant! We definitely will not be visiting this store again and I would suggest the owner of this store rethink the current manager they have employed as she is clearly unable to demonstrate appropriate customer service in front of her team.

Wonderful customer service. It took quite awhile for me to choose my charms and Tika (unsure of the spelling) was very accommodating, personable, and even cleaned my existing charms while I waited. Amazing! Thank you!
