Ramsay Pharmacy Medical On Miami

Some of the staff are really helpful, while others cut you off before you finish a sentence. Called them today asking for help to expedite a script due to concerns from my specialists, and was spoken down to (and over) the entire time my the pharmacist. It would be great for patients to have a safe and approachable pharmacist to talk to especially when patients are already navigating difficulties. Really disappointed.

Honestly cannot recommend this pharmacy enough! They are so efficient in every aspect - I just gave them my card details a few hours ago and they have already posted my package. Better yet, I only called to order on Friday and they managed to get it in and everything sorted today (Tuesday)! They are extremely understanding in terms of how important medications can be for day-to-day life and hence make it their top priority to get it to their customers ASAP. I've had issues with other pharmacies in the past, having to check in multiple times and even that didn't help, but these people are amazing. I would not trust any other compounding pharmacy with my medications!!

Made my girlfriend wait an hour then refused to fill the script saying the hospital filled it out wrong. Went to another pharmacy and had it filled within 20 minutes. They were confused as much as we were why your pharmacy wouldn't fill the script.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had issues everytime I ordered my perscription with this pharmacy. They either would forget to order or refuse to order till my perscription was up leaving me without medication for up to a week. Changed to chemist warehouse and found the price was $50 cheaper for the same product from same supplier. Terrible service stay away.

All the staff here are professional, courteous and always have a cheery smile on their faces when they greet you. Nothing is too much bother for them. Excellent place to have a script filled.

Rude, money orientated, no attempt to help or show compassion, the good reviews must be from family and friends.Immature and extremely petty when asked what's taking so long.

After weeks of waiting and 12+ phone calls and updates each one contradicting the last, I am left without pain medicine as a veteran for the first time, they were rude, condescending and speak over you especially the pharmacist and receptionist. I would give zero stars and wish i had checked the reviews before trying to move to a chemist closer to home. Never again! beware they are rude, no idea what's going on and purposely take 2 days to cancel a script they can't fufill. Even when I went back to my previous pharmacy they said they must be doing it on purpose after our argument because it is a click of a button. So not only have I had no medicine for 10 days dealing with these idiots but now they delay it longer. Attitude of highschool girls. Avoid at all costs

I was very impressed at how serious the staff took to hearing that my medicine was completely damaged in transit. They acted straight away and sorted me out with new medication, paid for postage, which arrived five days later on my doorstep from Queensland to WA.To Cassie and the Management Team, your customer service is excellent!I'm a very happy customer.FIVE STARS!!!
