Great Practice, Great Dentists, Great Staff.I'd had a niggling tooth on and off for a few months. My previous dentist kept saying there was nothing wrong and I just needed a crown $$$.I finally bit" the bullet and sought a 2nd opinion only to find my tooth nerve had actually died and required root canal treatment.My emergency appointment was nothing like a slow painful root canal which we all expect. I was a first time patient at this clinic this evening and cannot fault the service. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the clinic itself was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also recieved a freebie dental pack. Highly Recommend!

I have been seeing Dr Tilt for years as have all my family. He is always professional and does a great job.

Andrew Tilt Charged me $3000.00 for a new crown. It took him three goes to fit it. the first time he fit it it fell out straight away. the second time he fit it it came loose after one hour. the third time he fit it he ground it down to a stump to a point that it no longer looks like a tooth and is worse that the old one that I wanted to replace.I sent Mr Tilt an email explaining the situation. he refused to reply.after four days I called to make an appointment to have the issue resolved. and the receptionist, refused to make an appointment stating that Mr Tilt is very busy now and booked out.I recorded the whole conversation.I will now start a complaint with APRHA

Dr Megan was amazing! Cannot speak highly enough of her. My previous experiences at other clinics had left me very anxious. She made us all feel very comfortable and at ease. We will definitely continue to see her.

I had an emergency tooth extraction plus x-rays back in February. I hadn't been to a dentist in 10+ years due to a bad experience at a dentist appt as a kid.I had a anxiety attack at the Feb appt and both the dentist and assistant were patient and kind, I was even offered a tissue lolThey knew of my fear of dentists and were very gentle and understanding. I think I'll be sticking with them from now on!

I’ve been coming to this dental practice for a few months now and each time everyone has been very friendly and professional. I was very nervous about my treatment to start with but all staff have made the process overall really reasssuring. Dr Megan has helped me immensely and even though I’ve given her challenging fillings she has been able to help fix them. Very thankful for everyone at Baldivis family dental

I was not happy with the new hygiene nurse today. I felt her manner and attitude was not friendly. She was very abrupt and talking down to me. The Dentist came briefly to check my teeth prior to cleaning, and because it took a little time the hygiene nurse told me she could not do a proper clean in 20 minutes and to make another time. Which I didn't because I was not happy with her.
