I have been going there regularly for 8 months now and have found them to be the friendliest most helpful staff I have ever encountered in a pharmacy.Not as cheap as the larger discount stores of course but if you are looking for friendly professional advice this is the way to go.

I make a point of always going to Caring Pharmacy in East Fremantle with my scripts. The staff are lovely and friendly. It's a great pharmacy to browse around for little gifts and lovely moisturizers etc.

Disappointed with level of knowledge regarding vaccinations and the questionnaire that precedes it, failed to answer my concerns and gave the impression his knowledge of the english language was questionable for a qualified pharmacist. Ignored my privacy concerns. I repeated my concerns and he clearly did not understand my queries. He then proceeded to give medical misinformation to a friend regarding a skin condition of which I had prior experience with. His product knowledge was limited. He acted like a rushed salesman. Had a friend attend the pharmacy a half hour before myself and go through a similar situation. Please, be more mindful and educate yourself on health concerns to which you have no knowledge of.

Highly recommend and my family use them all the time. Fast service and great knowledge of all things medical from the pharmacists and also the general staff. You can even buy your lotto ticket.
