A quiet, serene and peaceful place for sure, that is until after school hours, then the dreaded Sam returns to its hole and emits banshee like screeching which i can only assume is an attempt to sing, although this is a drawback to this wonderful places serenityI will rank Todd's Place 5 starsYou happy Todd?
