The salon really attracted me because it’s very aesthetically pleasing and didn’t look very busy.I went in with a friend because I wanted to try a new salon and change the colour/shape of my nails that I had done a week earlier.I showed them a picture of the coffin shape I would like as the “coffin” shape I keep getting from these salons is actually square.I kept asking her to make them more narrow and she told me if they’re too narrow they’ll snap... sooo that’s my issue to deal with when it happens. Do them how I ask and not to mention how do stiletto nails last cos they’re even narrower at the tips??The lady doing my nails had the worst attitude. Kept giving me dirty looks the more I asked for narrow. Eventually I gave up asking because I’ll point to a nail, say it’s not as narrow as it’s twin on the other hand and she’ll continue to file the one that was already narrow and leave the other square.They’re all different shapes to each other and even length!Never again going here.

My friend and I went to this salon today, my friend asked for some ombre type of style while I said I'd like to view colours. I was rushed into a choice so I went with matt black, and my friend was pushed into getting typical French tips. While sitting there the nail techs put no effort into speaking to us, just kept grabbing and tugging my fingers, had a conversation in another language with one another rather loudly, giggling as though they were at some teenage sleepover. My friends nails were done in record time, her nails are all uneven, not even filed to the same shape, and are full of bubbles AND the previous colour nail polish was still on her nails. the lady was quick to say ok your done and walk away only to continue to chat with other nails techs. The lady who did my nails was about to put the top coat on when i noticed one of my nails was see through so i asked her to fix it, she rolled her eyes and did it, then when she was about to put the top coat on i reminded her that i asked for the matt look, not gloss, yet again eye roll and she put the Matt black finish on. Her attitude sucked!Combined we had spent just over $120, only to now have the top coat peeling off my nails THE SAME DAY!The service here is awful.We will never return here, and we definitely won't be recommending them.

I got a set of acrylics from here and the nails were done very quickly and I really like them. The customer service however was terrible. I had never had my nails done before so I wasn’t familiar with the process and every question I asked was followed by a short and quite rude response. The lady got mad at me whenever I didn’t do something as fast as she wanted me to or if I was confused about what she was doing. I do recommend going here if you want nice nails at a reasonable price but if you want a friendly chat while your nails are being done then do not go here.

Been there a few times and they always grind into my cuticles and cause bleeding. You tell 10 different people what you would like and they still don't do what you asked.

I took myself and my daughter to get our nails done. Great service, did what we asked and happy with result. Will definitely be coming back :)

I went to get my acrylic nails taken off and I’m horrified. I requested for an acetone soak to remove them, the nail technician said that the powder was thin enough to scrape off. She also cut my nails so short without consulting me at all. Not impressed by this service one bit. My nails are completely scratched up, an unflattering length and uneven. Would not recommend going here!!!

As soon as I came in, a beautiful lady greeted me. Told her I’m just here to do a quick buff, shape & shellac for my toes and asked how long it would be (as I have a baby with hubby couldn’t be too long). She told me 20 minutes in total it will take & YES it did take 20 minutes! Love efficiency and integrity, that’s what I’m all about. I’m a happy customer and if I lived close to here I would have most certainly made this my go to!

NEVER AGAIN. Went for a manikure yesterday and the lady doing my nails start using a used cutting nail tool on me. Asked her to get a new one as that was used to another client (it was dirty and cut skin all over). Got the second one (again a used one) and without shame she started using in me.Paid $10 and went out. They care about business and making money not about clients health. Never will go back there.

I got Acryloca done the lady said $45 then charged me $50. The service was terrible the lady grinded down my nail to much eben my skin. She was too rough with filing. Theres bubbles visable the glue inside is visible, i was in pain for 2 days i go back she says my skin is sensitive. Im waiting me for 25mins to have it removed even though i phoned them in the morning informing them ill come in. Now i ask them.how much longer she says 30mins. Wth im never going back here
