Issues with kitchen installation remain unresolved 1.5 years after install. Poor customer service. Do not recommend.

Pete and his team were a pleasure to deal with from the initial meeting and throughout the project. Our home underwent a major renovation that included all three bathrooms, laundry, toilet and a newly designed kitchen.RBJ Kitchens maintained client updates on a daily basis and, when we requested extras to be added during the renovation, Pete added the jobs to the scope of work without a delay in delivery or project scope creep.His quotation for the work didn't vary, under trying circumstances to his company, dealing with supply constraints due to COVID.Pete and his company are highly regarded in the wider Canberra region and, his portfolio of projects extend beyond six months at any one time. Friendly service. Very comprehensive kitchen display. Have engaged them to update our kitchen.

Ray built our kitchen in 2003. It's now 2015, and it still looks good. Everything is very straight and square, and nothing has come apart, as it should be. The wet seal between the benchtop and the splashback, near the sink, which is almost permanently wet, is still perfect.(The building process was very easy on us, too.)

Haven't had kitchen installed yet but to date is very positive.

Only had a small job to be done but Pete was more than helpful. I expected the job to take a few days b4 it could be done as I was a walk in but is was done in 24 hours. Big thanks RBJ team.

A display kitchen was offered over Facebook, which I responded and visited in the very same day, few hours after the post. We talked, checked options, worked on some drawings. I said I would confirm measurements and options and call next morning. Next day, 10am, I asked to make a deposit to secure the deal. Was told the responsible was to get back to me shortly. 11am tried again, heard he's coming back and will call you". 12 again

Pete, Renee and team deliver outstanding kitchens and bathrooms. The measure, design, quoting, colour/fittings selection and installation phases of the project are all completed professionally and to a high standard. RBJ are well priced and the staff are friendly and helpful. Nice showroom too!

Pete and the team are always professional, on time and their quality is fantastic.Myself and hubby have had our new kitchen and walk in wardrobe, designed and fitted by Pete and his team, all is beautiful.I will not use another joinery business.
