I had Liam out to design and install my stormwater system. His design was very advanced from the two other gentleman that I had take a look.The LJM office people were prompt and very professional. The people that undertook my 3 day job I could not fault.Very happy I decided to use this company. With my experience I would forward their details on to colleagues and friends without hesitation.I now feel rain ready for the first time sconce acquiring this property.

Today was the second time I have had a toilet replaced by LJM. Both times the girls were incredible with customer service. Today I spoke to Tess and advised of a broken toilet, by 11:30am Kyle had arrived to install it. Blown away by the service twice now and great/neat finishing on my two new toilets installed by LJM boys. Thank you.

I give Five star for LJM Plumbing as the company really does offer a professional job, with friendly and easy to talk to staff. Timothy, and his team is a group of young people who puts a lot of pride in their work and how they present themselves. And their customer service is just as great... lovely people, (Madi Leicester in particular).

LJM Plumbing were fantastic at installing a Water Heater System at one of our properties. Amy was very helpful at providing updates and answering any question we may have.They were responsive and had the job done by the end of the day.We will be using them again, thank you again LJM Team!

LJM Plumbing did a landscape drainage job for me, including a retaining wall and earthworks, to stop storm water flowing under my elevated post-war home. Liam‘s drainage experience and competence showed in his scoping of the job and detailed quote. Liam and the team delivered my job on time and to a very high standard. I’m super happy and recommend LJM for drainage and related issues.

We recently had a leak on our side of our water main. We didn't have any regular plumbers and took a chance on LJM based on a magnet that had been left in our mailbox. LJM was able to attend within a few hours and quickly diagnose the issue. The job was such that they needed to return the next day to replace a pipe. That evening, our leak became worse and we no longer had access to water. Despite the torrential rain overnight and into the next morning, Casey and the crew turned up the next afternoon as promised. They worked in muddy conditions for several hours to ensure we had access to water by the time they finished. We really appreciated the guys going the extra mile and will not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Over the last few months I have had many reasons to call on the services of LJM Plumbing - fitting new tapware, replacing a toilet, cleaning blocked drains. I have found the team at LJM professional, prompt and priced fairly. A great team of people that I have no hesitation recommending to others. It is good when you come across someone you can rely on and trust!

We have had LJM as our plumbers for over 12 years and we have had drains cleared, showered repaired, toilets replaced, water pumps installed. This morning our hot water serviced broke down and LJM had a new service installed on the day! They are always, prompt, professional and do a great job ! I highly recommend the LJM team.

I asked Liam from LJM Plumbing to come out and quote on some drainage work I needed done at my place. I was told there was a $100 fee for the cost of quoting. Due to the shortage of available tradesmen and the urgency of the job to prevent further damage under my house should we get more flooding rains I agreed. Liam came out and spent about 15 minutes saying he would put in extra pits to catch rainwater, build a drain etc. and that a machine would be needed etc.I then received what can only be described as a 'guesstimate' - a large block of text outlining what he intended to do, with a single figure for the costs of $15, 353.When contacted about payment for the quote, I said I expected a breakdown of costs so I could understand how they arrived at that figure (as it seemed extremely expensive for the work required). That is, man-hours required, the hourly cost of the machinery and the cost of the materials.This was ignored and I have since been bombarded by phone calls and emails demanding payment for the quote which I believe is no more than an over-inflated money-grab.At one point, they have even added interest to the bill!They are now threatening to sue me over this review, however I believe it is true, fair and in the public interest.My advice is to avoid this company.I would NOT recommend this company as they refuse to back up their over-inflated 'quotes' with a breakdown of costs, then hound you mercilessly to pay for their estimate which provides no evidence of the cost of individual items.
