Margs Bed and Breakfast

Margaret and Trevor were most welcoming, and the accommodation was clean, tidy, modern and well designed. This place is better than most motels, and being on a hill, there is a magnificent panorama to enjoy as well. Top value!

Fantastic spot very quiet had the best sleep. Hosts were very friendly and made you feel at home. Before we got there we thought it was a bit overpriced but after we stayed the night we thought it was underpriced for the quality of the room and the hosting .Absolutely fabulous place .Would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to any body else .

Honestly this venue is the star of Bowen in so many ways. The location the most amazing views. The hosts impeccable. Not only that they go above and beyond. Would never have a hesitation to stay there again.

Marg and Trevor have a beautiful home with amazing views out over Bowen. The room was immaculate and the were lovely people to converse with and be around. Better than any hotel we could have booked!

Wow - what a view! Marg’s Place sits on the highest hill right in the middle of Bowen boasting the most elevated, picturesque, sweeping views across the landscape as far as the eye can see all the way to the ocean.The Local town water reservoir sits nearby and is proof of it’s unique and elevated location. The reservoir is painted in a beautiful underwater seascape mural and it too is a local attraction and a must see.Our host, Marg, is warm and welcoming and our accommodation very spacious, modern, clean, comfortable and affordable.I can highly recommended Marg’s Place as a must stay in order to fully appreciate this amazing location. You will need to check it out for yourself in order to believe me because photos cannot adequately do the views justice.

Margaret and Trevor were lovely hosts we throughly enjoyed their company and information. Beautiful views from the top hill and off the balconies. Rooms were very clean, shower was great, breakfast was good. Recommend booking directly. We will be back, thanks guys!
