Communication could be improved as it was minimal and vague. Fast Action should implement more comprehensive communication practices which communicate to customers when they will be arriving and invoicing/payment procedures. The messages I received were a bit vague and I didn’t receive replies to all of my messages.On the day there were van troubles which is completely understandable, however communication was very lacking and could be improved. As I relied on this service as a vacate clean there was a lot of time pressure, and the absence of any communication about when the van would be fixed or when I could expect arrival meant I had to find another cleaner last minute. Again, I understand this issue is out of their control, but to be delayed and give minimal notice to the customer is very unprofessional and it would have been far better has Fast Action be upfront rather than ignore my messages.In saying that, Fast Action is competitively priced, but needs to have more professional communication procedures, invoicing and some sort of booking confirmation system.

Steve went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank him enough for his work! My couch was disgusting as you can see in the photo below showing the difference. I’m so happy with the outcome, the prompt responses, and the effort Steve put in - will happily use this service again!
