Very happy with the service. The installer was efficient and helpful. He removed the old gates and even spray painted where the hinges had been.

I haven't used this service however if they are as reckless as their driving, I would never trust them. We had the misfortune of witnessing a capital doorworks ute driving horrendously - speeding, dangerously overtaking and driving up the tail of any car they couldn't overtake. They also had no shame of driving this way in their company ute, thus showing how little they care about their business. Would never use and would never recommend.

Capital Doorworks quickly responded to our request for assistance fix our remote gates and were able to identify the issue and arrange replacement of the motors. The team who replaced the motors were excellent - arrived on time, did the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Capital Doorworks.

Would absolutely recommend Capital Doorworks. They were prompt in arriving to see why the garage door would not open, they then temporarily fixed the door so I could get the car out. Their quote was excellent and less than other quotes I had received, the service and repair was excellent.

At the end of 2019 I contacted Capital Doorworks for a quote on a rather large automated double security gate for my home.I agreed to the quote ($11,000) and the gates were installed Mar 2020. This is where the problems started. Gates arrived damaged from transport. Wrong security drop bolt locking system ordered and fitted, so now have multiple rusting holes from their mistake. Fitted the right drop bolt a month later, more holes drilled in the gate.Fast forward 6 months to mid 2020 and the gates lost their set closing points and weren’t closing properly for the second time. They sent someone to repair this. Three months after this they failed again and I started using them manually due to the unreliability. Called them multiple times to request a fix under their warranty and even a paid repair request and calls were never returned.Now in 2023 I’ve contacted them via phone and email to have them repaired prior to selling my property and have had zero response to either. Was told to email them after multiple calls and the receptionist saying staff were too busy to take my call or help me. Now three years on from install and $11k spent and their warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.Have since dealt with ACT Doorland for the repair and they’ve been brilliant.Capital Doorworks also made the gates for my new subdivision property, 8 months on site and surprise surprise, the gates already rusting and also arrived damaged in transport.
