Took my car in to get tinted, went back to pick it up and the sliding plastic in my gear selector had been snapped, on top of that my passenger door hadn’t been fixed properly and I couldn’t open it from the inside of the car. My partner tried to discuss the condition our car had been left in after picking it up and one of the blokes who claims he was the owner just argued with him. Refusing to take responsibility for his employees where one of them hadn’t taken proper care of my car. After arguing with them for 10 or so minutes they said they’d replace the part that had been broken and they’d fit it for us as well as fix the door. Returned the next day for them to say they can’t fix this part as they aren’t trained in that sort of stuff! Very poor service if you ask me, if you refer to the Australian Consumer Law they were obliged to fix it as they broke it.

Exceptional and quality service that was booked in a quick time frame and work done with zero fuss. Would highly recommend Just tinting.
