We have moved twice in two years with Holloway Removals. Paul and Manny were excellent - very professional and they went the extra mile for us, while staying positive throughout. If and when we move again, we will definitely be using Holloway.

Interstate Move - Team David did an amazing job. Always kept us notified with their arrival times, and were professional and great. Highly Recommended.

Last weekend I moved homes from an apartment to a house. Alex and Dave were amazing, they put the PRO in professional! I have moved homes over 10 times and they standout as the most professional movers I’ve come across. Not only were they on time but they were also really friendly, expert packers and made a stressful tiring job look effortless. I’ll 100% sure them in the future - well done.

We originally choose Holloway because they seemed easy to deal with, I rang up and they organised a guy with a truck to come around and help us. Other companies were saying two guys and a truck and a minimum of two hours which didn't suit as we didnt have much stuff. Our stuff was stored in a nice clean unit and they even seal our mattress to keep it safe. Great service

I had to move a lot of large items for council pick up, and it was not possible without the incredible work of Holloway removals...first experience was with Courtney at their head office and that was fantastic service already, but layer on that the expedient, well mannered and home conscientious work of Landen and Jon, the whole experience has blown me away. I knew in the new year I was going to need help again, this company is now a contact in my phone, and something I now know I can look forward to going seamlessly. So difficult to communicate and organise with. Holloway's ability to organise is poor. Their system of booking is confusing to their own staff. They always have a hard time identify my account. I organised a visit to the storage facility to look through my belongings (you have to give 2 days notice for this so they can pull the containers down off the stacks for access). I booked over a week in advance. Turns out this booking was not entered when I called back to confirm for the next day. And they struggled to even find my account, because the account had changed hands (different names) and part of their system did not reflect the change.Previously the company asked me to send them a receipt from my bank to prove that I had made payment because they couldn't determine, days later, if the money had been received by their bank (it had)..Based on the small savings that Holloway offers compared to other companies, the inability to be able to just visit the storage at any time of the day without having to jump through so many hoops, just doesn't make the savings worth while. Hours are restricted to business hours and weekend hours are only Saturday and very limited. Accessible ground level storage with 24 access, as I have discovered, is worth a bit extra.While the staff are generally friendly, I find that there is so much confusion about things plus the convoluted process to view the storage contents, that its not worth the cost.I can not comment on the removalist side of the business. Perhaps this is a very different story.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Would give 0 stars if possiblesI’m not one to write reviews but I feel like it’s needed here to warn others of companies like this. By far worst removal and storage company I have ever used. I was over charged by 1.5 hours, the 2 guys moving my stuff were taking one piece of furniture down at a time for a good hour until I said something to them. Was advices they’d refund me 1 hour after arguing with them because they said they’d only give me 30 min, after all that I had to chase them for 2 months before they proceeded it, customer service lady chili rang me with a condescending tone, scoffed and laughed at our convo. Got my furniture back, only to have dints and scratches in my leather seats, fridge was full of bugs and mould, and furniture in absolutely disgusting condition. Will definitely be contacting the ACCC or fair trading because these guys are crooks.

Best moving experience ever. I'm not sure if it's actually from this branch, but tony and his mate were very professional and careful with everything. Absolutely recommend!

Due to my family's situation. We had to move houses a few times and I have dealt with a few removals and storage companies. Holloway is the best that I have dealt with.1. Felisha from Holloway provided very efficient and effective communication. She works beyong her normal duties to find suitable solution for us. She always answered every question in details, clearly and very patiently too.2. The removalist guys from Holloway gave us lots of notice before they came. Even though it was raining on that day, they still made it in time. They are also very friendly and packed and moved things carefully.We can not thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone.We will not have any doubts but come back to them any time when we need help.
