I did a 3 hour Restorative Yoga and healing class here with Christina Yogini and Ruby Rose Taylor on sound bowls. It was so amazing! I'd never done restorative yoga before and it was 3 hours of time out for me. Very gentle and peaceful. Ruby Rose is skillful on the bowls and created a wonderful atmosphere. I can totally recommend it and would go again in a heartbeat.
