If you don’t like your job don’t work .Went there 3 times for one task , first time the my photo was not good , so they took another one ( money money - a way of making more money) , then , second time the form was printed double sided and they couldn’t scan!!!!!!Third time went back with all form again, but they didn’t have time. It was 12 and they were closing 12:30!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff are very nice, but please update your hours... it's 5:15 and i had about 25 parcels to put through, only to find your doors closed. Not very happy about that..

My sister tried to apply for a passport but was turned away because they asked for a parents birth certificate, meaning they obviously did not think she was an Australian citizen. She had to buy our mothers Australian birth certificate in order to apply for her passport (Our mother is Aboriginal so whats more than that for being an Australian).I contacted Aust Post and they replied Regarding your question ‘is this normal protocol’ requiring applicant to provide their mother’s Birth Certificate when applying for a passport

i went to get a passport renewed. The staff were prompt professional and very timely. Diana handled my case and she was excellent. in and out in less than ten minutes. best Aus post experience i have had.

No customer service skills at all. I am shocked at how I was treated at this store. Nadia" was very rude and not helpful at all. We paid money for their service and I was told by Nadia she could not help fix the mistake they had made. She refused to listen and shut me down everytime I would say something. I have never been treated so rudely by someone. I will refuse to be 'helped' by Nadia if I ever HAVE to go to this store again. Very sad."
