I booked my 8yr old daughter in for 3 lessons between Christmas and New year 2022 at Wye River and Lorne, I am really happy with the instructors and staff on phone, well done, specific shout out to instructors Sid and Ruby. My daughter had a great experience. Cheers

Two full school buses arrived at Urquhart Bluff today with probably 80 unexperienced teenage surfers and only three surf teachers (I'm not exaggerating).Except that it's very anoying with suddenly so many people in the water, it also got dangerous because 30 of them we're told by the teacher to go for the bigger waves at the same time, without any etiquette being respected..It's only a matter of time before some sick accident will occur because of this overcrowded groups and dangerous behaviour.Thanks for ruining our surf session

Had an amazing couple of hours learning at Anglesea this weekend. Xander was full of energy and was really detailed in his instructions and tips. Highly recommend Go Ride A Wave and Xander as an instructor.

Had a beginner's lesson at Anglesey with Hannah, she was a great instructor - kind, to the point, attentive to all of us (there were four of us in the group). Can't wait to get back out to practice!

Son went for his 1st surfing lesson few days ago, fell down so many times, got to a point even I think it's too difficult, but Dean the instructor keep encouraging him to try few more times, finally he managed to confidently stand on the board, the team also helps on pointing out common beginners' errors etc, we learnt a lot in just 1 lesson!!! Will come back for more!
