One of the best curry i’ve had so far in this area. Chicken katsu was crunchy, fresh salad and fantastic curry. Unfortunately we got undercooked rice, the curry dish would have been excellent if they were perfectly cooked. The Tonkotsu Ramen was yummy, nice soup and impressively tender chashu pork. Noodles were well cooked. We also ordered Takoyaki, Unagi Sushi and Sashimi, they were okay.We called to make a reservation and they managed to get the best seats for us. Thank you for lovely service.

The food is cheap and delicious and the service is fast and respectful. We ordered takoyaki and it seemed much nicer than what you can usually get around here with fat pieces of octopus and a crispy coating.I had the chicken katsu curry and personally I found the flavour a bit underwhelming in terms of spice and some of my salad dressing dripped in which didnt help(probably would have been better to come in a seperate bowl) but it was generally a good curry and the miso soup that came with it was piping hot.Our beer glass was served frosted and mum who got the sashimi bento in a shokado box was very happy to get six fat slices of fresh salmon sashimi. We got a lovely cold bottle of water as well without asking which was pefect for the hot day and the agedashi tofu had a delicious rich flavour.I would love to come here again as it's not easy to find delicious Japanese in this style around here.

I was there with a group of friends, one of the greatest place to eat out in Toronto. The owner is friendly and approachable. He asked if we needed help asked for feedback and even provided some of his recommendations. We had several dishes and they all were amazing. The staff are friendly and they try to their best to make you feel comfortable.

Definitely my new fav reseraunt. Had the most amazing bowl of ramen that was very adequately priced, music was nice and soft so I could still hear myself think and the woman who served me was so helpful and kind. Just an amazing place, will definantley be going here regularly.

Absolutely delicious. I would say this place does the some of the best Japanese food in Newcastle region. The sashimi platter was loaded with very thick cuts of sashimi and oysters. The dragon rolls were a highlight and at first I was iffy with them using cheese in the rolls but after eating it the cheese actually elevated the flavour. Absolutely loved the chicken stir fry Udon which was a bit sour, sweet and saucy. Salmon and grilled scollop nigiri were delicious too. Will absolutely recommend any Japanese food lovers to come here. Only negative is it's a little bit out of the way and you may need to make a reservation because tables may be a bit scarce as the restaurant is quite tight.
