I have been using Razor Tech for more then 2 years and Judd from there has been a fantastic technician for my business and personally. I highly recommend Razor Tech to anyone who requires any computer support.

But what sets him apart from the rest is that he’s fully present to the task and the client—he doesn’t take any phone calls or even look at incoming text messages. That level of focus and respect is rare!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Lucia, technician Judd, the whole team at Razor Tech for their friendly, professional service this morning. As a music producer and DJ, my computer is my entire life... I called in absolute desperation for a quote on getting a cooling fan replaced for my HP laptop after ringing around to several places....though I ended up going with another company (only because I'm under extreeeme time pressure and they could pick it up slightly quicker to fix it), I really wanted to extend my appreciation to Razor Tech for being one of the only companies I spoke to today that really listened to my problem, had a lot of genuine compassion for my situation and provided a number of helpful ideas and a really reasonable quote for how they might assist me. A+++ service and I'd happily recommend them to anyone needing help fixing their equipment. Judd very kindly provided me with a backup quote and timeframe for service, in case my other booking falls through, which I appreciate so much.
