Highly recommend Callum at the mister minute shop 1. Very accomodating and eager to help . Had my daughters bracelet beautifully engraved along with my puppy’s dog tag and the result was beautiful. Also saved me with my car key battery . Great customer service and a wealth of knowledge

I purchased a very wide leather belt that was too large and it needed some additional holes punched into the leather. My belt was immediately punched with new holes and it looks perfect. I ALWAYS recommend this business as they never fail to deliver superior quality work and the people there are always friendly, accommodating and talented. They take pride in their work and could run a Masterclass on excellent service. Thank you.

Took my Longines Dress Watch in for a battery replacement and was disappointed to find when I had returned, they had snapped the crown off from the stem! Along with this, they left the chapter ring unaligned, dust on the dial and smudges left under the crystal. Highly disappointed with this ‘service’ and will not be returning in the future. All I got was a ‘sorry’ for breaking my Swiss made high quality dress watch.Now I have to contact Longines to attempt to get replacement parts ordered and find a watch maker that takes their customer satisfaction and quality services seriously.

I greatly recommend these guys if you like rude and arrogant behavior from a worker called Andrew. I dont even care if the job was done properly. It all comes down to customer service.

Terrible service. They ruined my Mimco shoes, glue is all over, did not glue properly, some spots never even glued. They said they will pull all apart and give refund. They said they never had unhappy customers". Also they said to me

My son was looking for a watch ban for his Garmin as the original one had broken. None of the retailer's that sold the watch stocked replacement bands so we tried Mr Mint. They were so friendly, helpful and quick. The best part was that we didn't have to go 'online: to buy a replacement band like all the other retailers had suggested.
