Very positive treatment. I have had Tony look after my condition for well over 15 years on a regular basis. I could not be happier with his treatment & have him to thank for making a progressive & difficult condition managable & most bearable.I have great praise for Tonys knowledge & care; recommending him to many friends & family

Don't write a lot of reviews, however this was warranted one. Incredibly unprofessional and disingenuous for me. Frank Wao showed a lack of sincerity, he was more concerned about me being 4 minutes late (with medical reasoning) and me paying for the session, rather than communicating with me and seeking understanding from a patient. This was enough for me to leave to be quite fair. Frank was incredibly stressed and didn't want to be there, or work with me. I was prepared to do on-going treatment, but behaviour like this is extremely costly and will be in the future to come. How many have not said their piece when they wanted to, I speak for those here now too.---------------------------------------------------IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY:---------------------------------------------------Thank you for the reply regarding the consultation today. You make it sound like I was swearing at your staff, when in actual fact, it wasn't directed towards anyone and it was one word. I'd appreciate it if you stop painting an illusive picture for others and making me out to be something I am not.My point is that Frank is not professional in terms of asking the patient questions, with human decency and genuine care. You say he was not stressed and that it is subjective, it does not take a genius to recognise that he was stressed, no need to cover it up.I have asked to reschedule because his stressed attitude and his behaviour was making me uncomfortable, which is the polar opposite of what is to be provided as a medical service.His expressions were very clear he did not care, this you must take seriously, as it's feedback that needs to be acknowledged and you must better your communication here, especially in dealing with patients in a professional manner. Ignorance is not going to serve you well in the long-term, it's most likely cost your practice many times over already.Frank's communication and behaviour is not acceptable and patients shouldn't have to tolerate it under any circumstance, don't worry about a one word; foul language and be a bit more self-conscious and take a look at yourself.Phil C.

I have been visiting Kinect for 10years for various ailments . Tony and his staff have always fixed the problem. Tony's receptionist Betty is really nice and friendly and always well organised with appt. times. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Love this physio . They are all so friendly and helpful . They have all gone above and beyond to help me since I've started coming to see fiona . Highly recommend fiona and kinect .

Very professional and caring staff. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I received following a car accident and several surgeries. I am seeing Luciana and she is just amazing....very skilled with massage. Fiona is wonderful with womens health and Sabrina is great with acupuncture. Overall I am very happy with the improvements I've seen as a result of their work.

Can't say enough for what Toni does for my back would recommend kinect physiotherapy to my family and friends

I've been a client of Kinect for a few years now. 10/10 for service. 10/10 for quality of the physio sessions. I'm a complex patient so i have 1hr sessions, and i always leave feeling satisfied. I'm with BUPA Ultimate and the first 10 visits were free. And the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and made it worthwhile to have BUPA.These guys a BUPA Members First provider and Medibank Members Choice provider.
