I dropped my Samsung phone less than a week after setting it up. The screensaver had not arrived in the post before disaster struck. The team at TelcoWorld Forest Lake were great, they ordered a replacement glass and repaired my phone quickly. Even offered to put my new screensaver on for me. Thanks team excellent service.

Very good service and very knowledgeable staff. Jd and vinod always help me. They help me provide best telstra deals and later on set me up with a good case and a screen protector. My first encounter was with jd a year back when he fixed my iphone. I have been to many repair shops too with that phones but jd was friendly and fixed my problem. Can't recommend them enough

This place does not even deserve 1 star. DO NOT GO HERE!!they charged me full price for my screen repair only to tell me there's another issue (which didn't exist) after almost 3 times of going back and them telling me different stories as of why they hadn't finished yet, I finally got my phone back (with the home button broken) they then told me everything else will work but the home button is not fixable, its been about 5 hours now since and my phone has completely shut down and keeps turning off and on. Staff are not experienced and should not be trusted with the phones of locals.

My partner and I went to this store this afternoon. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and really went above and beyond with the level of customer service they provided. They were also kind enough to cover everything we needed even though it ran well past closing time.Big thanks to the gentleman and the lady who helped us and gave a great experience.

staff are friendly and service is nice, but after paying for a screen replacement on my iPhone 8+ (which worked perfectly, I just didn’t like staring at cracks) the screen was really laggy and occasionally unresponsive. they kindly offered a replacement screen, but this unfortunately made the damages worse and my home button was no longer working after the repair. had to replace my phone with a new one, the store wouldn’t accept trade in because of how badly damaged my phone was.
