I use them very regularly spending on average $4000 per month. The last 2/3 months they have been terrible. We have had calls listened to as we have been misquoted, warranty didn't pay out on a very obvious part and not ordering when we asked them to. Terrible service recently and have lost my business. I usually don't write bad reviews but so sick of them now.

Helpfully staff and had the part im after for a cheap price ($125 vs $400 new) and it had only 90,000km on it (mine failed at 250,000)Part works perfectly. only downside was it wasn't clean and they handed it to me dirty expecting me to transport it like that without packaging. Asked for some bubble wrap and they wrapped it up perfectly

Now have to wait and see if my expensive parts work which will cost even more money now. I know I asked if the parts were reconditioned as that is what I was looking for certainly never received that for the price. Lesson learnt too keep asking if they were reconditioned. And yes they were sent from from the person they said oh it wouldn't have come from there I have the proof. Wouldn't recommend at all

100% will deal with these guys from now on.From start of conversation to end was exceptional. Ordering & paying for part was easy aswell.Was told it will take roughly 4 business days for delivery but it turns up the next day.Definitely recommend these guys 100%.Legends
