DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!We had some Reno’s done, house was empty. Paid ALOT of money for them thinking they would do a really great job.Asked them to pay attention to bathrooms. Grout was left mouldy, they only cleaned where they could reach, left a dirty Band-Aid in the bathroom. Floors were not mopped, left a chemical stain on our brand new carpet. Out the front of the house, they cleaned our windows, left chemical (white) stains again on our brand new concrete. Ate fried food on our new stone kitchen and used our air conditioning (which would have been fine if they did a good job)Called them to have the issue resolved, told us they would return, they haven’t and now the phone is “unavailable”. Very disappointing!!!!

DO NOT USE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I'd give 0 if it was an option. The worst service I have ever come across. Look at all the 1star reviews here as they are the real customers. I was fooled by the fake 5star reviews that he has obviously had friends and family leave to hide the real ones.He came out one day to look at my home and provide a quote. He went through all rooms and we discussed in detail what I wanted. I was told it would be a minimum 2 person job and was given the quote. I accepted and was told he would let me know when they could fit me in. I followed up some days later and was told still trying to figure it out.Then early one morning without warning I had multiple missed calls and messages saying we can come now and given I work from home, I agreed. He arrived alone and made some excuse that all the other cleaners were busy. I had requested a deep/spring clean to begin then regular, fortnighly cleaning. I was told the deep clean would take two people 4hrs and the regular cleaning 2hrs.My home was left in utter disarray. He worked only a few hours and stopped for multiple breaks according to my neighbour who saw him leave at least 2 times. My rugs were all thrown in a pile and full of dirt, the bins weren't even emptied. Things were strewn everywhere and not only did I not receive the service I was quoted and paid for, I didn't even get a basic clean!When I contacted and sent pictures of the dirt and dust, I was told we could spend all day and things would still need to be done". I said you came and quoted and saw what effort would be required

Very terrible service. Dose not acknowledge the feedback instead he suggested to hire the cleaning tools and do it by ourself. Expensive but not cleaned properly. Clearly visible Stains and stickiness in the carpet and sofa even after cleaning. Recommend not to go with this service provider. It’s just the waste of money.

Called for quote, told by man answering $500 charge for cleaning entire unit. Gave address and then was advised he would call back to confirm. No reply. Luckily i found another as a last minute solution. Poor communication.

Sarbin and the team at Nepalese Best Cleaning Service really are the best. We've just had them through for the third end of lease clean they've done for us and another outstanding job. Efficient, easy to communicate with and always do a great job from top to bottom. You can always trust Sarbin to never miss a single spot. Really recommend these guys for big cleans or bi-weekly cleans which we used to have and loved. Thank you Sarbin!

Worst clean I have had. Home is a brand new renovation and they could not clean my glass or bathrooms properly. Extremely disappointed and still charged me after. Do not recommend them.
