Rackley Swimming - Westlake

Very poor teaching .. I don’t think this institution has very experienced teachers ..1. the level that they teach here is extremely low compared to city rackley.2. Half of the class time is wasted in just talking and playing with kids . There should be balance between the time you spend talking and playing vs doing actual class . This is really poor here .3. If the student is lacking on only one technique which is keeping them in the same level, they don’t concentrate on that.4. Highly inactive teachers5. No consistent feedback to parents6. Only recommend this for 3-6 months babies7. Waste of money . I spent 2 years money .. and still zero improvement with my daughterif there is less than 1 in rating score, i would have given 0.1

Both of our kids started at Rackley Westlake when they were 8 weeks old in the free splash class. The staff there are friendly, helpful and very patient especially with our 4 year old. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Friendly and professional staff.I toke my 5 months old son for the first Baby Splash class today and found out the class is free for babies under 6 months old. I even didn’t know if there’s swimming class for under 6 months old babies.

I can't fault the experience we've had here at Rackley Swimming in Westlake. Staff are friendly and accommodating with options if you miss a class. A good solid foundation for little swimmers.

Good team. Our children are sad to see Miss Yvette leave as she takes up an opportunity in the field of her studies.

We have had nothing but fun and enjoyment at Rackley. The instructors there are all friendly and knowledgeable. Great development from the quality age matched programs for our 5month year old.

Great communication and very informative admin staff. I couldn't book lessons at the same time for my two kids but staff offered to supervise my 3 year old and provided colouring in while I was in the water for my 2 year olds lesson. Very easy to book in free first lesson and sign up. New clean excellent facilities. Very easy parking straight out the front of the centre. Great online system where you can cancel lessons last minute and book in make up classes. No cancellation fees. We are very happy we signed up here!

We were given a $100 gift voucher to enroll at Rackley Swimming. So we went and had a trial run at the Westlake pool. After the trial I said I 'might' do the Thursday lessons and if I wanted to go ahead I would return the enrollment forms. I later phoned them (but couldn't get through, so emailed instead) to advise that I would like to hold off and start the lessons at the end of March when it starts to get cold (being that now it's hot, we're in the pool every day anyway). They wrote back that they had already gone ahead and enrolled me (even though they didn't have a single signed piece of paper from me), and so therefore I would be charged 2 weeks of fees. They would proceed to take this out of the voucher amount. I queried this further and got no where. I got a feeling they didn't really want me to have the voucher, (or the full amount of it) so that's why they were taking money from it. I did tell her twice that I hadn't actually enrolled, but she said well we input it in the system anyway so we can't cancel it now without 2 weeks being charged". Just be warned - I haven't even started and they're already being unreasonable and unfair

My daughter is almost 18months old and we have been LOVING swimming lessons here for the past year. Jess (swimming teacher) is so great with the little kids, her whole approach and positive vibe make it so easy, fun, reassuring and safe. See She really knows her stuff and is GREAT at what she does.The lovely ladies (like Chantel) in the office on a Thursday morning always just make my day with their fabulous smiles and flawless customer service. I highly recommend Rackley Westlake and Jess to all family’s looking to teach kids to swim and pool safety.

Teachers are good but very hard to get a response from management either by call or email. No one responds to your call, returns your call or replies to your email. Very disappointing indeed!
