Insulation Extract

I recently had some old insulation removed, and replaced with some Earthwool bats. A very noticeable improvement over the past week as winter sets in.There was a small accident during the install where there was some ceiling damage - accidents happen, and they handled the repair very swiftly and professionally. Overall the experience was good and I was impressed with the quality of service.

I had Insulation Extract remove all the old blow-in insulation and then install Knauf Earthwool Batts. All went well, no damage and no dramas.

I recently engaged Insulation Extract to remove my old blow in insulation and fit new earth wool batts to our ceiling space. From the first contact with the team everything was handled very professionally and as quoted. On the day of the install I was advised when the crew were on their way and the time they were due to arrive. The installation team worked very safely and effectively over a few hours to complete the task.Not being able to fully see the final work, I was provided with a variety of before and after photographs of the ceiling space with the new insulation batts.I would fully recommend Insulation Extract to any future home owner.

Cost comparison, these guys are pretty good compared to their competitors. Unfortunately they burnt my lawn, scratched my gutter and cost me an electrician to come and plug the bathroom ceiling fan back in. They also missed a large section of roof and after much negotiation came back to finish the job. All in all, it was far more stressful than it needed to be and although the job was completed well, I would not recommend and won’t be getting them back to install new insulation.

Insulation Extract removed ceiling insulation in my home prior to remedial work by another contractor, then installed new insulation once the repair work was complete. Efficient quoting process, competitive quote, work was completed on the dates specified, courteous and efficient tradespeople, no mess left. Overall very satisfactory.

It's absolutely refreshing to get such amazing quality service like this. Can't be happier with the result and I must say we had a filthy roof space as a result of a cat taking residency up there. The people doing the quote were thorough and explained everything very well and followed up with a phone call to ensure that I was happy. The person who arranged the appointment for installation was very accommodating. The installers arrived on schedule did a great job and ensured that everything was checked before leaving. From the very start this company has been great to deal with, we explained about our dealings with another company that we had paid to remove the insulation and they didn't do a great job but charged us like they had. Deacon came out to quote and went through everything very thoroughly with us. Booking it in was very easy too with the office staff. Then we had Mason, Mitch and Josh come out to the house for the install, they were fantastic to deal with during the works and they made sure we were happy at the end. They left everything clean and tidy when completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
