Purchased a Catch wooden 3-IN-1 Plyometric box. Product was as described and whilst I would have preferred an assembly instruction sheet, it was pretty straight forward.Only concern I had was with the transport company as my product was kept in town for 3 days before delivery (going by the tracking link) but otherwise no concerns.

DON'T BUY goods online from this business.I purchased a combined glute adductor/ abductor machine from Catch Fitness on 4th September 2022 for $2199. Over the following months I was given reasons/ excuses for the non-delivery of this item ranging from Covid lockdowns, heatwaves in China, extended New Year holiday period etc- only to be informed in March 2023 (more than 6 months after the item was paid for) that this piece of equipment would not be able to be delivered and a full refund would be organised immediately".Since that contact almost 4 weeks ago I have not had any correspondence by phone or email

I bought a couple of weight plates and a barbell f. GEOFFREY served me. He was very kind and helpful. He knew exactly what I was after. But after I came home, I understood it was too long for my apartment. So I emailed and requested an exchange.Then NATALIE replied, said it was possible, and asked me to visit and do the exchange. She was very kind and helpful and understood my genuine reasons for an exchange since the barbell was too long for my place. Natalie and I exchanged emails, but I met her when I visited the outlet. She was extremely kind and honest. She explained the situation to one of her colleagues and helped with the exchange. Talking to Natalie was like talking to a close friend, and I felt her genuine interest in helping me.I wish Geoffry all the best for a bright future and hope to see him as an enthusiastic and passionate educator in the fitness industry.I wish Natalie a great future in her career and with her business. I hope to see her as a successful entrepreneur.

I ordered FID bench and all attachments, firstly customer service was great Jeffrey was a big help, delivery was on prompt and on time as he promised , I’m based in Melbourne so I had my concerns but everything came to my front door. So far I’m impressed with the quality and workmanship of the equipment. I have no regrets with my purchase. So a big thanks to Jeffrey and the team at Catch.

Steve’s customer service was next level. Initially, shipping costs to Perth prevented me making an order. I was keen to lock in a Beast v2 setup. Steve reached out and was able to locate an alternative courier service at a competitive price - enabling me to proceed with my purchase. Further, when I wanted to subsequently add a few extra items to my order, Steve assisted me to include them all within the one shipping cost. My equipment has now arrived. I wish there were no stars. Paid $950 for items in July 2022, yes 9 months ago, and still no delivery of goods. Over 20 contact emails and calls and still no ETA. Requested refund twice in 2022 and told to wait. Told no refund available as product is ready to be despatched. Unfortunately I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Small business is hard however this is ridiculous. No direct phone number to contact now. You decide if you want to buy from here.

Hey there, just wanted to give you all a heads-up about Catch Fitness. It looks like they've moved/disappeared from their Milperra site, as you can see in the photo, several customers have shown up at their storefront, but unfortunately, it seems like they're no longer operating.I personally have been waiting for my outstanding orders for over 6 months now, so I just wanted to caution you all before making any online purchases with this business. It's better to be cautious and aware of the situation.Wishing everyone the best of luck if you're trying to obtain refunds.

Still waiting for a leg press machine ordered last Oct22. No reply to multiple emails. Phones are also down. I’m now concerned if this business is still operating. I guess NSW Fair Trading will need to get involved once again. Terrible communications in general.

Absolutely terrible. We have been unable to contact/being ignored via email/been replied to email for months saying a machine will be there the current week for months now and still no machine. Although they respond politely NOTHING IS EVER DONE. 8 months to deliver a machine? C'mon guys. I have wasted so much time and energy trying to have this machine delivered when all my experiences with other retailers have been great and within a week. If catch say within 3 months watch out. This has not been the case. I have ordered straight from retailers in China via Ali barber before and had big items and orders come within 6 weeks. Pull your socks up. No excuses are valid here as I've been in constant 'contact' via email.

I have been SUPER STOKED with both the equipment I have received as well as my experience dealing with Catch Fitness. Sarah has been absolutely flawless with her customer service and amazing to deal with. The quality of the gear that I ordered is superb! Second to none. I did shop around a bit online before choosing to go with CF & In the future I will be going straight back to CF and hope to deal with the crew a lot more in the future!I highly recommend the gear, and the team here!
