Courtney was the absolute best person to go to for any travel questions! She was accomodating, patient and really helped us understand what we wanted out of the trip. Would recommend her to everyone!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and Courtney, who helped me book my flights was particularly helpful. She was kind, attentive and for someone who finds the whole booking process quite overwhelming, she was so patient with all my questions. Wow, what an amazing staff member! I popped in without an appointment to enquire about an Italy trip for 2024 and was met with Montana's smiling face. She had no problem spending some time with me answering any questions and offering her support. Since then, she has been in constant email communication helping us find the right tour to suit our needs, price, dates etc. We had an appointment with her today and can say she made the whole process easy and quick. Mordialloc office, you have one of a kind here!

Thailand was our annual escape until COVID. We have missed it terribly since our last holiday in 2019. We had been meaning to book it again since the opening up again however have been delaying due to the common stories of delayed and cancelled flights, lost luggage and exorbitant prices. Well, we decided regardless of all that, we really need it. At the same time, our daughter and I were doing our Saturday thing at the cafe next door to Mordialloc Flight Centre, which is normally closed on a Saturday but it was open! I had been meaning to get there for months during the week. We dropped in and met Kara and felt that she just wanted us to plan the best holiday for us - no selling, just really good questions about what we were looking for. A couple of weeks later and many questions from me and we are all booked following fantastic advice on flights and accommodation. If they had not been open on that day, I am guessing we would still be procrastinating whilst prices are sky-rocketing and instead, wife, daughter and I are just so looking forward to a long overdue Thailand escape. After being turned away from Flight Centre Southland (I was a walk in) as they had two employees call in sick, I called the Mordialloc store for assistance. Montana picked up the phone and was cheerful, happy and eager to accommodate and assist with my upcoming booking request.
