I’ve suffered with lack of sleep/insomnia and stomach issues for many years. Most nights I would be lucky to sleep 1-2 hours. Then every month or so I would crash for 2 days. I’ve tried almost everything to help me sleep and haven’t had any success until I visited Marlena! I initially went to Marlena for my sleeping issues. I didn’t have any expectations as I’ve tried several things, but WOW, I have no words!!!!!! It didn’t just help me sleep, it helped with some of the issues I was having with my stomach. I’ve never known what it’s like to put my head on the pillow and be able to go to sleep straight away, I’m so happy to say I now do. I can’t thank Marlena enough for giving me my life back. I reccomenend everyone give this a go! You won’t regret it!

I first started seeing Marlena for women's issues a while ago and each session I would leave feeling so much more relaxed and my symptoms improved dramatically, then when I got pregnant I did not hesitate to see her to help with pregnancy aches and pains and to help with my impending labour, after each session with her I would sleep so well that night and felt incredible the next day, I had a quick labour that went extremely well and I am very grateful for all her help and advice!
