Bought a pair of work shoes from here but they were faulty very clearly not the same half size difference, took them back pointed this out to them they wouldn't even look at the shoe, rang the rep from blundstone said they would call me later that day mean time I rang blundsone directly who said they should of immediately refunded me, went back in and they refunded me on a comfort guarantee would not acknowledge the fault then to top it off instead of refunding me I got charged again but by the time I realised this I was up the coast getting another pair of shoes and going shopping but because of there stuff up I couldn't pay for my groceries, luckyi had enough for my shoes.No apologies from them. Rude people worst service, would not recommend.I'm a first time reviewer of anything.

Very very disappointed that your business has decided NOT to accept the NSW Govt $150 uniform vouchers. There are approx 1,000 children at the school, going to be lots of angry parents. I like other parents are customers of your store. Well you wont ever see me again !!!

great shop with all your school clothes and good service

Possibly the worst customer service experience of my life here today. Even after I purchased some clothing the woman serving me did not even say thanks and goodbye. This is my first negative review of any place on Google.
