This place has definitely changed alot over the years it went from being one of my favourite shops to feeling judged when you walk through the door.Which is a shame.

I am very disappointed in Shine Boutiques return policy for faulty/ damaged merchandiseI recently bought a dress for my daughterWhen she first tried it on we noticed the back of the dress was damaged making it unwearableI returned the dress as soon as I could. Even though you could clearly tell the dress had never been worn or washed they would not replace the dress. Instead they had to send it back to the manufacturer to see “who was at fault “They said they would contact me a couple of days later to advise me of the outcomeThey did not contact me, I had to call them. They said the dress would be replacedI asked it the replacement dress could be posted to me. However they said I would have to pay the $8 postageI think they should remove the Fair trading policy they have stuck to their counter they clearly don’t follow itIt is disappointing as they do have some nice clothes however I won’t be shopping there again because of the way this was handled

This place does have some good fasionable cloths with a nice boutique experience. The staff are friendly and helpfull. They only catour for sizes 10 if you are a 12 you may find one or two thing but anything bigger is a no go.

Very disappointed the owner would not return an item (tag still on, correct receipt and unworn). I have been shopping there for 10 years too. Will be supporting other local shops from now on!

Would highly recommend going else where! A couple of weeks ago I went to purchase a dress from the Alex store once trying on the dress I came across fault in the dress which was cause due to the manufacture. I advised the staff who said he could drop 5$ of the price I didn't want it so I left it I phoned up the next day to find out the code to see if the other 2 stores had it the lady working wouldn't tell me and proceeded to tell me she could fix this herself she is a sewer she can fix it she also said that the stores only got a size of each spread through out the 3 stores on the coast. So I decided to go see it the next day with my sister to see if it looked fine what she had fixed you could tell as the way it sat and the beading was hanging off on one side I didn't want it. Without know my partner went and purchased the dress to surprise me... Long Story short, I contacted them the next day after and the same worker who I showed the fault to in the first placed tried coming up with excuses left right and centre even said to my face that I told him I sewed it myself, I was fat broke it, swearing at my partner friend and myself he even went that far in coving up the refund policy that says if the product is faulty refund applicable!!!PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE FAMILY RUN BUSINESS OUT TO MAKE MONEY EVEN GOING THAT FAR THEY WILL TRY FIX FAULTY ITEMS AND RESELL THEM TO CUSTOMERS. We have other shops which stock same clothing on the coast including in Mooloolaba and Wises road next to subway

Great store to find cute clothes for any occasion. Staff are always so nice and helpful, glad to see amazing service and items to match

Sales woman was condescending and rude about the clothes. I selected a dress that was my exact size and was told to be careful not to damage the merchandise. I earn enough to buy out that shop twice over, their loss of income from me. I will never ever recommend or buy anything from that shop. Stay away.
