I ordered carrot cake ….. it was very bad taste …. They put to much sugar in cake …… am really disappointed

Bought a whole cheesecake and a few macaroons for my wife's birthday and everyone loved it. May not be the tastiest out there but it was a decent size for the price. One friendly staff recommended and did the greeting letters and my wife couldn't complain for more. A many thanks!!!

Got Pink Rosette cake yesterday for a very special event and it was a disaster. It was old and stale, highly disappointed. Never buying again from this place.

I ordered a Father’s Day cake and it tasted very old and stale. Very disappointing. Would not recommend purchasing whole cakes from there.

Ordered a muffin it was old and stale no offer of a refund or replacement would not recommend this outlet. Witnessed another customer going through the same experience… oh dear.

We ordered a cake but in large which the lady said that going to be exactly the same but in large, after paying and on the pickup day we found the cake colours are different , she said “ sorry the chef can’t make colors the same when you order large”Don’t pay till the pickup day!!

Their mocha’s never disappoint and I have been visiting this place regularly for the last 16+ years. Never been disappointed with any cake purchase either. Highly recommend.

Had taken small Black Forest cake for my mom. Cake was not fresh, was dry, no cherries in, didn't feel it was Black Forest cake. Customer service I will give 10 on 10, the girls were prompt n friendly. But, the cake was a disaster.

I tried the eclere today( I wonder why it shows temporary closed)and it tasted fishy. Second, how would take a piece of cake in a paper bag? It is not nuts. To make story short.. what ate was off.
