The 2 bedroom apartment was very small and awkward. The cleaners really don't do a great job as there were still dishes in the Dishwasher from previous guest and alot of rubbish still in between couch cushions. The air conditioning barely worked and it took over 24 hours to get a reply on their chat" forum

Good location and great view. Unfortunately the parking costs $60 per day which is crazy. If not for the good location I wouldn’t recommend taking up the parking lot at all. Carpark is tight as hell for big cars. Shower temperature is inconsistent. Bed was not as comfy.As a foreigner I do not have a local number to call the unit manager to come down to the lobby upon arrival, had to ask the concierge to call on my behalf.For parking I had to park alongside the road while I process the check-in and risk getting fined, thankfully I had my wife to take care of the car while I do, can’t imagine if I was to travel alone.Overall Not cost effective for the price paid.Overall a bad experience.

Here to do the 96 level stairclimb for charity, Giant Steps, such a great initiative! If you haven't done, do next year, not as hard as you think (OK practice on stairclimber at gym). Building 5 min walk from Flinders Street.

Good apartment hotel. Bed is very comfortable and lifts are very fast and efficient.The downside is it has 2 lobbies. 1 is for resident and the other is for hotel. If you get to the reception and the person doesn’t know what you are talking about…. Don’t worry you probably just at the wrong reception lol (it just on the other side of the building.But, overall was a great experience.

Apartment with a crazy view off the 76th floor! Beautiful sunsets though there’s barely any privacy as your neighbours could see everything when the blinds are not drawn (including the bathroom!). Location was central with a kids playground just 50m away. Tram number 1 is about a 3 minute walk and will take you down St Kilda Road into the city.

UPDATE: I have wrote an email as per request on their answer, and of course I haven't received any response at all! Just confirming what I wrote, zero customer service!Stay away from this place!(Just play the video to understand why!)We've booked a room for a weekend, and we got a room with an incredible and unstoppable noise from the window that didn't les us sleep for the whole night!The day after, we asked for another room and they gave us a room with the same problem!The service was just terrible!We had to wait so long to get some help, and they send someone that was not competent at all to help us with our issue.After waiting for 2 hours, sleepless, and nervous we decided to book another room somewhere else.Guess what, the manager told us that could give us just a 50% refund after zero hours sleep, just unbelievable.Listen to me, you don't wanna have stress during your holidays, just book something else that has a decent customer service.Because every place can have issues, but the way the issues are handled is what makes the difference.

We spent two nights here on vacation, and I must say that everything was excellent. The hotel's location is close to my destination and some other business centres in the city. As for the rooms, it is awesome and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having vacation/ business trips.

Faulty Towers. DO NOT STAY HERE - you will regret it!There was a continuous tapping noise coming from the window which prevented us from getting any sleep. We reported it and were told it was a building issue and not their responsibility. We insisted they give us another room, but the second room had a different but similar issue - clearly the building is faulty. We had to get angry before they agreed to give a refund on our second night and then we booked a different hotel. One of the staff rolled her eyes while I was on the phone to the manager - would suggest they undertake customer service training and learn to have some respect for their guests.

Good location, comfy bed, and decent shower.I wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the terrible service. The washing machine had a strong bad odour when I opened it (like cheesy feet/garbage!). I washed my clothes and they were left with the foul smell. I washed them again and they smelt just as bad. The machine was noisy and hadn’t been securely fit so it had come half way out of the cupboard by the last cycle. The whole flat stunk. I emailed (no response) and spoke to two staff members on the online chat option. I was told that an alternative machine wasn’t available and wasn’t offered any local laundrettes. I was told that there wasn’t an issue with the machine (they had checked while I was out) and then my last message wasn’t replied to. I picked up some better quality laundry powder on my way back to the apartment and washed my clothes again. They still smelt awful from the machine, so I took them to a laundrette. I’m in Melbourne for a week long conference and picked a place with laundry facilities so that I could pack light. Complete waste of time.

I stayed at 108 by CLLIX hotel in Melbourne and I would like to share my experience. One of the main advantages of this hotel is its convenient location. However, unfortunately, that's about the only positive thing I can say.We were extremely disappointed when we checked into our apartment and found out that the air conditioner/heater was not working. The room was incredibly cold, especially considering it's winter and the temperature outside averages around +11 degrees Celsius. Inside the room, it was only +18 degrees. This greatly ruined our vacation as we couldn't even take a shower due to the lack of warmth.On the first day, we called the hotel office, and after 30 minutes, someone came from the office to try and fix the system, but they were unsuccessful. They promised that the issue would be resolved by the evening, but no one ever showed up. The next morning, my friend woke up with a sore throat and a stuffy nose. It was so cold that we had to sleep in the same bed just to keep warm.The following day, we called the office again, but the person just glanced at the air conditioner remote and did nothing. Instead of offering to move us to another room or money compensation for this huge inconvenience they simply brought a small space heater. It was a terrible service, and it seemed like they just didn't care about us.I am very disappointed with the level of service at 108 by CLLIX hotel. Despite its convenient location, the problem with the non-functioning heater/air conditioner completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this hotel !!!
