Supposed to call back with a quote & also come back to service a previously installed a/c. Within 2 weeks. 4 weeks later..still no contact from them despite giving them a call a week ago. At that time told they would have quote to us next day & would be in tohch with a time for someone to service existing unit. Still no contact. :(
