I'm not satisfied at all with Alliance Sunpower. First of all it took them a few months to complete the installation once they started it because they didn't bring the correct optimisers. System was completed in March and I am told by my retailer that the completed documents have not been sent to them. I have been trying to get in touch with Alliance Sunpower by email and they are not replying to my emails. Steer clear of this company if you are thinking of getting solar. It wouldn't let me post until I gave 1 star but I wouldn't have given them any.

Prins organised our solar panels and even though there were delays (we ordered just before lockdowns) it all went to plan. Even an unnoticed broken tile was taken care of. Job well done.

Alliance was great to deal with! They kept me updated on installation procedures and delay timelines due to COVID-19 and were out to install as soon as the regulations would allow. Their installers were friendly and professional, came out on a Saturday and knocked it out quickly! All the paperwork was easy to deal with and the price was very good! Highly recommend.

A good experience and good support from Princ. Alliance Sunpower representative.Only difficulty was setting up the inverter log in via my mobile phone. Found this difficult but finally got it working.

Prins was very helpful and guided us from start to finish with our quote & install of our system. Everything was delivered as promised, ahead of schedule - and given it was close to Christmas, it was great they got the system online before the holidays.Very happy.
