Daisy Smiles Skin Massage/Waxing/Laser hair removal

I am a regular there. I have been going there since 2021 and its not my closest massage shop. Laura, is my regular massues! But i would also recommenend Naomi, Lisa or Chloe. I have not had an issue to date with a massage, i guess thats why i've become a regular.

Poor customer service and wasted a lot of time during massage. Go elsewhere

UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCOMFORTABLE____________________________________________Asked for a one hour full body massage with oil - ladies dressed explicit, they also decided to strip my undies off me themselves after I said no and pulled them back up TWICE- the massage itself was terrible, very firm & uncomfortable massage bed and the massage routine was all over the shop. They would work on my arm then my back then my shoulders then my other arm then my shoulders again. They only worked on my legs for a short period of time.- I could see the ladies shadow on the floor and she was on her phone for at least TEN MINUTES. Not to mention she was obvious about it because she would stop massaging me to reply to her texts! Also - she placed her phone next to my head so I could hear a loud ring in my ear when it went off every time- Mid massage my ladies swapped over but they left me in the room for about 10 minutes which made me upset because I paid for the full hourOVERALL I PROBABLY GOT A 30 MIN MASSAGE when I paid for an hour. Hated it and wouldn't go back or recommend it to anybody!And whoever gave it a 5 star - you lyin

Texted to book a massage advised time I would be coming and was told it was fine. Arrived and told they could only do massage for half the time I booked....walked out...two weeks later thought I’d give them benefit of the doubt and messaged again got a response right away told to come now and given it was early morning I thought surely no stuff up this time....get there and told she has a customer and cannot fit me in. Please people if your seeing this don’t waste your time and money there’s a much better one at Chatswood hills shopping centre. Would give them 0 stars if I could!!! Worst place ever

Do not go here for waxing. My husband got waxed here and the amount of bruising he sustained is unbelievable.. not to mention that they missed several very large very obvious patches of hair.They clearly have no idea what they are doing.Pay a bit more and go somewhere reputable

Couldn't get a massage, as is the norm with Asian places they only have one woman onNot much of a service industry

If I could give it zero stars I would. The woman was very nice but was interupted about 12 times during my leg wax, she would leave the room, speak in a different language to her coworker in front of me, and be completely distracted while trying to wax my legs. They also use a communal waxing 'tube so when they pulled out the one they were to use on me it was full of someone elses hair. When I left (after an hour!) I got home to find that my legs were completely patchy

I like their big Massage bed and lights, and painless Laser is great ! I will be back

I sent a text to organise a time for a massage, no reply which is fine so I call the venue booked a 60 min massage at a certain time. I get a text saying they can only do 30 min or come back on Monday because only 1 lady working and they are busy. I think I will go else where, where I can get what I book in for. Organisation skills need improving as well as communication.
