Own a HY380. Trying to fix the thing. The guy at Hysoon can't speak English, asked me to email him. Didn't reply to the email. Called again, emailed again. Then they make excuses as to why it isn't covered by warranty and I had to pay for it. Then on top of this I had to wait almost a month for it. Stiff biccys about the job I had to have finished. Never again.

I have had many brands of skid steers .I have a sterling report for this company .service was outstanding .the 280 hysoon skid steer I bought .in my eyes is the best value for money .as a engineer I compared .engines are the same as others . hydrostatics are Italian .the build quality is outstanding .this machine is very powerful .I'm more than impressed. I highly recommend if your looking for value for money hysoon 280 or the 380 are excellent machines .service is excellent .why buy a well known brand with 1600 hours when you can buy new at the same price .these machines use all the same running gear as the more expensive models .I will say this 280 I bought is more powerful .it's really made me happy .ask for Hemet .he is fantastic to deal with. I'm a perfectionist and this machine is almost perfect .best value for money by far .

HYSOON AUSTRALIA PTY LTD copies Australian made designs attachments manufactures them in China and sells them as their own, The attachments are poorly made and are not certified, anyone who buys their items could be injured by the inferior products and you or your worker may not be covered by insurance

I have a small fencing business and got a Hysoon 380 about 2 years ago. I’ve been nothing but impressed. I’ve got through so many jobs I couldn’t have without it. After over 100hrs I had a flat tyre (my fault for driving over a nail) and a weepy hose that’s been replaced.Is it the best machine out there? No.. but value for money is exceptional! And for that reason I have to give 5 stars.Phil. Hurricane Fencing.

Hysoon tracked dumper.Cant argue for the price.Very solid built, almost too solid as its 800kg vs cormidi 400-500kgIts a bit clunky on the hydraulics, other brands ive used are smoother. This one can shake you to bits while standing on the back if you dont bend your knees.Big motor 420cc and noisy but they all are.Few teething issues, found nuts and bolts rattled loose after driving to first jobsite. Could have used lock nuts instead of friction ones.In heavy rain, rain water got into the exhaust and filled up the piston completely with water.Over all if i had it over again id buy it again. Cant beat how much cheaper it than the competition.Only had it for a few months so time will tell on reliability.

The guys at Hysoon were great - the delivery of my hy380 went very smoothly. The machine is still going good after 12 months since purchase. All the different attachments were well worth purchasing.I believe the purchase price was very reasonable.Would recommend.

I have a 380 mini loader 3 years now tough machine only problem is I had to fit a alternator to charge battery other than that it's been great

Very shady business practices. Quotes and charges an advertised price only to demand a large increase in price prior to delivery. The customer service guy was good though and tried.
