Cat and her team at Lease Clean Newcastle recently completed an end of lease clean for my rental property and I couldn’t have been happier with the job! The property looked incredible and our property manager was very impressed with the clean also. They have such high attention to detail and really took the time to make sure every inch of the house was immaculate. Cat was so helpful through the whole process; making sure I was aware of exactly what was covered in the clean and how the process would be carried out. She even so kindly spent some time giving me tips for how to ensure other areas of the property were presented appropriately to the real estate for the final inspection, such as patching up paint chips and garden maintenance. Cat and Warren promised a deep clean on our extremely dirty, smelly, rental property. The kept me informed of every step of the operation, and it was certainly an operation! The house actually felt “greasy” before they went in and now it is thoroughly ready for the painter and the rest of the building team to complete their jobs.
