My daughter was moved to another physcologist from the first one saying she can help my daughter. My daughter comes home saying she wasnt helpful, made her feel very uncomfortable by telling her she must be feeling all these negative feelings which just made her think she must feel these horrible ways, told my daughter she isnt qualified to help her and didnt know what she was doing.My daughter refused to go back to her so i contacted them saying the situation . I said if she cant go back to the previous therapist we will be fine to go elsewhere so they booked her in assuring its ok so a month later we where told oh sorry she descided not to take new clients anymore. Not only have we had our money wasted, my daughter was placed on difficult wait times now to have to start again.I also got a message saying grant money was their issue but it wasnt mine. Im happy to pay full price anyday for an expierenced therapist.I hope others have a better experience.

I have been in contact with Estelle doing a DBT program and my experience has been amazing. She is very caring and understanding and does her best to ensure you are comfortable talking with her about any and all issues you might have.Reception staff are also very friendly and professional.Would highly recommend this service to anyone struggling with their mental health.
