Just a terrible organisation to deal with. Attempted to get a simple fence replaced between properties. They ignore emails, calls and messages and I ultimately had to take them to the tribunal to force them to pay their share. Good luck dealing with them.

Contacted Oz Property in April 2021, as our property joins a property they are managing. The fence between the properties requires replacing. I arranged 3 quotes as requested and emailed them at the end of April. Andres attended the property and advised he would contact me the following week. This was early June 2021. I have been calling, emailing and have not had a response. I would NOT recommend this company.
