Very un honest people in this store… bought a cake and they swap a different one and speaking in their own language ( which I understand ) saying giving the old one to her first. Won’t be going back again.

formula change, meat tastes so bad where are the sausage roll? everything taste not same anymore. i wish they brought back stuff that sells. even the floss rolls aren’t as good. yeah being vegan or vegetarian is cool but not everyone wants to be one. I could be anorexic and there would be no way for me to enjoy something. Not to mention the price skyrocketing in the past few months.

Fantastic bakery the sweets and savoury’s they have are yummy and presented well and absolutely beautiful coffee. Full credit to the friendly service staff as well, it is very delightful to see happy smiling friendly faces early in the morning and throughout the day and evening. One of my favourite places in brimbank central

Overall: 4/5One of my favourite local bakeries, that serve only the best delectables, both sweet and savoury, yet I’ve never tried their coffee only until today.They allow card with no minimum compared to in the past, so makes it a lot easier to make a purchase on your morning walks with minimal weight.Ordered a Dirty Vanilla Chai, but should’ve gotten soy milk for that nutty element that I prefer in any of my hot drinks. It still tasted, however, delicious. The aroma from the coffee and vanilla were tingling my nose and tongue but not overpowering the star of the drink, the chai. Spices were not too overpowering but still got that kick, which blended in really well in the foamy creamy milk.

Great coffee and great staff. If you live in the western suburbs, check this place out. Franchises can have the perception of being impersonal and structured but this Bonbons seem to care for their customers just by the way the staff treat other customers.

Worst cafe, they close at 3pm and dont want people to sit. They prefer if someone takes away. If you want take away go to 7 eleven, it has cheaper coffee! The shop was much better when it first opened.

Beautiful place. Not busy in the afternoon. Good services. Don't forget to take your own bags just to save cents from purchasing another bag. The setup of all the foods is great. There are some offers if you brought more is great. I find it less food cheap or affordable, but some too pricey.

Good place for coffeeGood place for a coffee and a little something. Service is good so is the coffee. close to the escalators, perfect to get a coffee and start shopping or to have a coffee after shopping before going home.
