Flip Out Penrith

Appalling customer service, very disappointed to book my daughter's birthday party there. No 'party hostess' available to greet guests at designated time with wrist bands/socks.Continuously having to find hostess to provide plates/napkins, paid for wrist bands, right size socks for guests. Floor was disgustingly sticky as cleaning has obviously been left as low priority.Paid for party room had wrong male name on outside, cleaning broom left in the room upon arrival as well as rubbish laid about.The worst was that no one appeared upon arrival and the party package time paid for did not commence until 20 minutes into the booked time!The problem seems to be junior staff without any managerial supervision whatsoever.I would not re-book any of my children's parties there again.

Staff were not overly helpful. Service was incredibly slow. Food options are very minimal. Staff tasked with safety in jumping area were noticeably uninterested in actively taking a safety role.

This place is dirty for a kids play area the young worker to busy chatting then looking out for kids and not clean at all wouldn't recommend

A very dirty place. Food all over the ground down stairs. Bought the only donut and was stale, had the staff microwave it to soften, didn't stay soft for long. Recommend Marsden Park flip out better set-up

Amazing place to take your kids with a restaurant next door yo loco kids can eat and play and parents can watch the footy and have a drink

By far the filthiest kids play centre I’ve been to. We got here first thing in the morning on a Monday. You would assume that the place would be clean first thing in the morning but it’s clear the place hasn’t been cleaned from all the parties over the weekend or even prior to that. We were the only ones there with one child and the staff were just off chatting somewhere after being told about the state of place. We were there for around 2 hours and no one came down to clean. Another family arrived and their little kids were going around picking up the rubbish.

Why do you have a pre booking system when you're happy to leave customers standing at your desk for almost half an hour, being ignored by rude incompetent staff? I would have walked out if you didn't already have $50 of my money. We will never be back.

Worst party experience ever, not to mention embarrassing. If I could rate a zero star, I would. Arrived 20mins early for my sons party, to be told 25mins later that there is no host and no one to setup. Waited then a further 20mins for the booth to be setup by a very inexperienced Flipout personnel. This is while all the kids and adults are waiting around for the party to start and kids to start jumping. During the party had to fetch our own refreshments and find someone to assist with refreshments and food ordered. Will never refer anyone to have their kids party at this venue. Price per head is just not worth it!!

This place is a joke. The shop is run by kids without a manager. In the midst of little children’s birthday parties and a huge number of under 12s, the staff (Connor, Amy, Lachlan, etc) welcomed their rowdy teenager friends who hurled swear words at each other, created nuisance, broke rules around the place and showed off rude message t-shirts.See pictures of the rowdy teens attached who graced this venue. There was no manager - apparently Clair Simpson (manager) doesn’t care about these wretched creatures who visit this place every now and then.My kids are under 10 and in the interest of safety and sanctity, I swear I will never visit this place again. What a bad influence and disappointment.
