Love training here!! Great bunch of people, all ages and all levels welcome, well structured curriculum and part of a national club that means you can train anywhere! Love the physical and mental exercise of karate, and the constant striving to be better. Great way to develop confidence, control and determination - skills that you can implement into all aspects of life.

Great way for people of all ages to get fit and develop a number of different skills and values.The instructors are all extremely passionate in what they do and make it very easy for people like myself who have no prior experience in martial arts to pick things up.Looking forward to many more classes!!
