Great Service, With lovely customer service

I have tried to make contact with this business on more the one occasion. I have left several messages and have still received no response or any form of communication. They as a business must be so secure in the service they provide and must not be willing to accept new customers. Very poor service. Strongly urge people not to even try with the place.

“When Allan did the demonstration clean for me I was surprised that the clean was as extensive as it was. Especially when he showed me what came out of the unit. After seeing the dirt that was removed I couldn’t in good conscience not get the units cleaned.We have a contractor that maintains the units from a mechanical perspective. They clean filters but not much else.It is important to get the air conditioners at Ibis Budget Sydney Olympic Park cleaned because our rooms don’t have opening windows so they hold a lot of dust. Over the years this has brought the units to a virtual standstill. If we didn’t get the work done I would have been up for over $200,000 in replacement expense.In addition to this we are seeing an improvement in our energy consumption as the units can now get to the desired temperature.I’ve recommended HydroKleen to all other Ibis Budget Hotels.”Mitch GeorgeGeneral Manager
