We had an issue with the power-operated hose on our vacuum cleaner. Desperate to find an option for repairing it and getting back to cleaning our place we found Godfreys. Their efforts in replacing a power operated one, installing it and charging us a very reasonable price has been exemplary. The staff there are also very knowledgeable and offer a friendly and helpful environment.

Excellent customer service. Dropped price to match same Godfreys online price no fuss. Threw in extra bags. Went back a month later and wanted some extra vacuum tube and he got me somw from out the back no charge. Let me rest my bike up against the wall inside as I had no lock. All very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend for customer service. John, Heidelberg.

Was served by Joseph who was very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help answer any questions I had. Our old vacuum cleaner had a burnt out motor and he was able to help diagnose that and dispose of the vacuum for us, and then gave us a great deal on a new vacuum cleaner suited to our needs. He was happy to go above and beyond and provided outstanding end-to-end customer service. Highly recommend.

Bought a vacuum cleaner hear a year ago and it has been great. Bought a steam mop today and it is excellent. Highly recommended - they don't push you to buy the most expensive products, they try to understand your needs and then make appropriate recommendations.

Always great service from the guys at Preston. Really friendly, approachable and always helpful. My vacuum cleaner died on me due to my lack of getting it serviced regularly. They serviced it for free and I just had to pay for the parts. That works for me.

I was served by the very friendly Joseph who assisted me in getting my dyson vacuum serviced and repaired, along with a new vacuum head for an old vacuum cleaner we had laying around. He was honest, efficient and I would highly recommend this Godfrey's to anyone!

The guy at this store just saved my house. After sinking in border collie fur during isolation I've got the perfect vacuum cleaner for the job. Also the fact that he respected COVID-19 restrictions and let me pick up contactless was perfect. Highly recommend giving them a call.
