Like to acknowledge George and Con from the Taylors Lake Branch to help me to get the correct paint correction in which another local branch was not able and not wanting to).George and Con took a fair bit of effort to assist me all the way and provided good recommendation.A big shout out to both of them. Please look for them in the Taylors Lake Branch. They are both a great ASSET to this branch

Very bad experience on my last few visits. Firstly, they cancelled the DIY workshop at the last moment and without any notification. Staff is always busy in doing their chores and it is very difficult to get hold of anyone if you have queries.

Customer service is very poor. Although some people here are fantastic, over three visits I've had very difficult interactions while trying to get assistance from 5 different people (on different non-issues). I will prefer to drive to a further Bunnings than try to interact with half the staff here.

Although I was not approached for any assistance, the staff did greet me. May concern in this store is the drivers' attitude in the area....driving a large van, I can only use the tradies bays as a customer and Horticulturist business owners. People don't tolerate slow manoeuvres. Probably some extra speed signage might be useful.

What a vast variety of items to choose for your home, garage, garden, or workspace! You might have to check the clearance items before making the purchase, as the fairy lights we bought on clearance refused to light up on Christmas day but the returns process was quite hassle-free at the store. I loved the outdoor and garden lights collection, especially! A good place to choose indoor and outdoor plants including the artificial grass.

Often essential stock is not ordered in time to replace empty shelves, resulting in having to return. Yesterday I needed to switch my bbq gas over; but no filled gas cylinders available. Staff were not sure when they we're going to be filled.I bought some vegetable seedlings at the garden centre.The staff were helpful there.Update: I returned 4 days later and managed to exchange a gas bottle. Not before I met an older gentleman serving at the entrance..He had no idea what to tell me to do with my empty gas bottle...he just pointed to the gas cylinders...I had to speak to another women assistant there who was very helpful..And clarified what I should do...I had to leave my empty gas bottle, where anyone could pick it up, unsupervised, and go into Bunnings and pay, then pick up the new one...There were piles of them, and I didn't know which one to pick up...No one was there....I then had to hold it up to that old bloke, to check it was the right one...It was...This Watergardens bunnings has quite a few people working there, that do not know what they are doing...As exemplified by the nightmares my handyman Russell and I have had at the trades desk..Management please note...Will you even bother to look into this?Barb

I went to the Paint section and Con was fantastic. Admittedly, my question was somewhat technical. But, Con broken it down into easy bite size info and couldn’t thank him enough. Highly recommend and the best person to speak! Definitely hit him up.

Dread having to go to this Bunnings location.Main gripe, they’re always out of stock on items that really are not that rare or in super high demand.Stock control is abysmal.Staff not too product knowledgeable either.Also, kept having to educate them what their own Bunnings Product Finder App was when used at checkouts - to keep electronic receipts as but one of many features. They should be paying me to train their staff!Please lift your game Bunnings Taylors Lakes!
