My dog was diagnosed by these people with epilepsy. In order to diagnose this my dog stayed overnight. $2500 later I got my diagnosis. Medication, repeat tests etc. When I said I couldn’t afford any more tests and I just needed a script for the medication, they charged me $30 for a script and gave me no medication. I don’t even know where I go to get that medication now. Never again will I use this vet. My sisters dog had the same thing $800 at Colyton vet same service.

On a recent Sat afternoon, my cat Reby brought a snake into the house. I didn't know if she'd be bitten so phoned WellPet Nepean who said to bring her immediately. They were so caring - explained what treatment she would have including administering anti-venom. The next day tests confirmed she'd been bitten andthe vet explained her continuing treatment. No phone call was rushed - they answered all my questions in detail. They rang with regular updates. On Anzac Day (5 days after her bite), they said she could come home but needed some treatment by me and to be kept out of sunlight. As I had lots on at the time, they kept her another few days & administered the medication. EVERY staff member was so caring towards Reby and me. I'll be forever grateful to them all for their treatment of my beautiful Reby who's back to her normal inquisitive self. Thank you!!

My dog Ruby has visited in some of the scariest moments of her life, all of the staff have been so kind, helpful and reassuring that she’s in the best hands. The couple of times she has stayed overnight I received text updates and pictures of her which made it feel like she was really being looked after and that gave me peace. Thanks for all the hard work you guys do :)

My little Pomeranian was mauled by another dog on 1/6, my friend met me there and made them aware of what had happened they were waiting for him out the front to take him straight away as I was not in a good way after witnessing the whole incident.I from the bottom of my heart cannot thank each and everyone of the vet drs and nurses that operated and cared for Biggie that night and through the 2nd surgery ! They were all so kind to me and took the time to reassure me they would look after him like he was their own. Being a public holiday I was so grateful to find a vet who could look at my dog. The staff were friendly and professional and we were seen to quickly. His condition was explained to me thoroughly and the prescribed treatment is working well. Glad to see my dog feeling better. I would not hesitate to come back again. Thanks guys!

I can't explain how wonderful not only the vets, but the ladies at reception, are! My cat spent 5 days in the care of the team here and every day i was given updates on her condition, i was allowed to come and visit her and Tony went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful for not only the care they gave to my girl, even when she was getting a bit spicy, but also the compassion with me. All around a wonderful group of people.

We have had a couple of our pets that have needed urgent care due to accidents on the property. Each time we have been welcome, informed, given a quote and care. Every animal has been handled and cared for really well. They have always followed up with after care (which is generally free) in person and even further with photo and text exchange.We have always found the price quiet reasonable as one of these visits was on Sunday at almost 10pm. Most of the time under what has been quoted.Both animals have healed well and as expected with no further complications.Very happy with the whole team there. Will be returning again.

Absolutely appalling!They have treated our pet without sue diligence and care.They have lied and provided misleading information.They have refused to allow us to see our dog for FIVE days.They have failed to communicate with us.We have had to contact the specialist ourself because their staff are incompetent.They are now refusing to allow us to see or take our pet despite there being a dispute with their overcharged bill.They have charged almost $9,000 for inadequate and unprofessional treatment.The owner refuses to speak to the owners of the pets despite a dispute because he “has a family and a life”.We will making an official complaint.Thankfully, we have all conversations recorded.
